Your upcoming book and this green goddess houmous sound fantastic! I just discovered garlic scapes last year at my mom’s farmers market in Indiana but have never found them here at my farmers markets in Italy. I agree - they are divine. I sprinkled them on our pasta with butter and parmigiano and it was TOP
